Wind Turbine-Wind Turbine Controller
 

There are three kinds controller in our company. Here are the introductions of them.

Small wind turbine controller,  which matched wind turbine from 200W to 600W

Features:

1. Reliability: Intelligentized, modularized, simple structure design with powerful function and stable performance. The high-quality industrial-grade components and the strict production process make the controller suitable for the severe environment. It also has reliable performance and service life.

2. PWM stepless dump load: The controller must dump load the extra energy when the energy produced by the wind turbine and solar panels exceed the battery bank’s demand. The common control is to add all the resistors for unloading, at this time usually the battery bank is not full-recharged, but the energy is wasted because of the dump load. Even though some controllers dump load on different steps, but usually 5 to 6 steps cannot solve this problem perfectly. Our company applied PWM for stepless dump load, it can dump load on thousands of steps, recharge the battery bank and dump load the extra power accordingly. This is greatly improved the efficiency and the lifetime of the battery banks.

3. PWM charging ways, voltage limiting and current limiting charging pattern: Controller will charge battery with current limiting when battery power is low. Controller will charge battery with voltage limiting when battery power is high. In order to extend the service life of the battery. The over power will be unloaded by PWM.

4. DC output: There are various output control modes can be choose. Including: (1) Manual, (2) Light-control, (3) Timer-control 1, (4) Timer-control 2. Through the LCD keys users can set three different output control modes including: (1) Manual. (2) timer-control 1, (3) timer-control 2.

5. LCD display: Running data and system status are displayed in the LCD screen. Including: battery voltage, PV voltage, wind turbine current, PV current, load current, output control mode, the time of time-control output off, voltage point of light-control off, indicating lamp stands for day or night, battery power status, load status, as well as over-voltage, under-voltage, over-load, short circuit, etc.

6. Protection functions: Including: solar panel reverse-charging, solar panel reverse-connection, battery over-charge, battery over-discharge, battery reverse-connection, load short-circuit, over-load, lightning, wind turbine current limiting, wind turbine automatic brake and manual brake.

7. English and Chinese display optional.

Wind turbine controller, 2KW-30KW, which matched FD-E wind turbine from 2KW to 30KW

The control system is one of the most important parts of the electromotion yawing wind turbine system. Most wind turbine enterprises rely entirely on outsourcing the control system because they don’t have the ability to develop their own wind turbine control system. And the controller manufactories do not understand well of the generator characteristic, without the ability to test the system, so they can not provide the perfect solutions of the wind turbine control system.
